Do you have a hankering for great Mexican food? Maybe comfort food is more to your liking? Today we start a blog series highlighting the favorite restaurant picks by members of Team Steve! So the next time you think “Where should we eat?”, try one our top favorites!
Price’s Chicken Coop – If you’re looking for the best fried chicken in Charlotte, then look no further. Price’s Chicken Coop is practically a Charlotte institution. Not only is the food awesome, but so are the prices on the menu. Check them out! 1614 Camden Rd 704-333-9866
Phat Burrito – This is our marketing director Jessica’s favorite Tex Mex joint. Phat Burrito doesn’t skimp on the meat and their BBQ burritos and quesadillas are to die for. We love that the owner seems to know everyone and the kitchen staff are always dancing around and having fun. You can’t beat the amount of food for the cost and everything tastes really fresh! 704-332-PHAT 1537 Camden Rd
Kabob Grill – This place screams authenticity. The employees are all foreign and it makes you feel like you’re getting “the real deal”. The food never disappoints with a menu offering everything from falafel to baklava. The waitresses often say at Kabob Grill, “Everything is good”, and they are correct! 1235 East Blvd (704) 371-8984
Dish – Dish serves up some of the best comfort food in the city. They have everything from country fried steak with mac and cheese, to meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Their biscuits are golden and fluffy and nearly everything comes with a deviled egg! Enjoy a plate of home served up with a big glass of sweet iced tea.
We hope you enjoyed today’s entry. We’ll be back with more of our favorite Charlotte restaurants!
