Maria Dockham
Fluent in Spanish and English, Maria proudly serves a diverse national and international clientele at Keller Willams Realty working with the Steven Mueller’s Team. She helps their clients to secure the ideal home in Charlotte NC, Indian Land SC, Fort Mill SC and surrounding areas.
Maria understands the complexity of the market, and the wide array of neighborhoods and property types from which to choose. She enjoys working with people of all types, and providing hands-on guidance throughout the process so every client has a deep understanding of what is available and can make sound decisions on what best suits their needs.
A native of Cali-Colombia South America, Maria moved to Miami at age 23 to continue her career. She is an Economist specializing in international relations and commerce. She graduated from the Javeriana University, one of the oldest, most traditional, and prestigious in the country.
Maria was always interested in real estate and was excited to turn it into an exciting, successful career. She looks forward to putting her energy, knowledge and enthusiasm to work to find that special dream home for each new and repeat client.
Sunita Ruch
Sunita’s academics and strong background in sales last assisted her in
recruiting qualified bright students for undergraduate programs at
Johnson C. Smith University. Understanding Hindi and Punjabi has
allowed for a variety of experiences leading to an appreciation of
different cultures. She is well traveled overseas and across the
country and has excellent communication skills.
Sunita is happily married, enjoys participating in group mud runs,
helping with her neighborhood association, and increasing her real estate
investment portfolio.
